What Do I Need?

•        A device with a camera, microphone, and speakers (smartphone, tablet, or computer)

•        A stable internet connection: Wi-Fi, wired, or mobile data

•        A supported internet browser: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge


How do I attend my Appointment?

Your provider will send you an invite by SMS, email, or letter, or there may be a button on their website. Either way, it's a simple step-by-step process:

  • Click the link provided or select the button on your provider's website. Enter your name and any other details requested. Select 'Continue' to agree to the Terms and Conditions, then 'Join Waiting Room'. Your provider will be notified that you've arrived.
  • When the appointment begins, select 'Request Permission' and allow access to your camera, microphone, and speakers for the best experience.
  • You may be offered a pre-call test to check your equipment and connection — this is optional. Once ready, select 'Join Meeting'.

What do I do if something is not working?

No camera image – Check that browser permissions were allowed. If using a USB camera, try unplugging and reconnecting it.

No audio – Check that volume is not too low and that permissions were granted during the joining steps.

Poor connection quality – If on Wi-Fi, try disconnecting and reconnecting, or switch to a different network. If on mobile data, move to an area with stronger signal if possible.

Slow platform response – Try restarting your device or clearing your browser cache.
