How to Guide - Access Recordings

The platform has the ability to record sessions and these recordings are available to Users with the correct permissions.


When a recording has been made of a consultation the recording can be accessed from the Admin portal of the platform, once in the Admin section you can access recordings from the left side of the screen under the Room Recordings option.

Select the Room Recordings option.

Recordings are listed with details showing the date and time they were performed.


You are able to download the recording by clicking the 3 dots from the Right side of the screen and selecting Download Recording option.

By default the recordings are held for 30 days before they are deleted automatically.
