How to Guide - Access Recordings
The platform has the ability to record sessions, and recordings are available to agents/clinicians with the correct permissions.
Recordings are accessed from the admin portal. Once logged in to the admin section, select 'Room Recordings' from the left-hand menu.

Recordings are listed with the date and time they were made.

To download a recording, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the relevant entry and select 'Download Recording'.

By default, recordings are held for 30 days before being automatically deleted.
