How to Guide - Delete and Restore Users


From the Admin portal of the platform you are able to delete and restore deleted users, this action should be used as a temporary removal of the user access and if permanent removal is required please follow the guide in the Customer Administrator guide.


Deleting a User


Once you have navigated to the Admin portal you can select the Users option from the left to show a list of current users.


Click on the bin icon from the right hand side of the screen                                      


You will be prompted to confirm you wish to delete the selected resource.



Click Delete to confirm and the user will be removed from the list.


Restore a User


The users can then be recovered from the deleted user list by selecting the filter icon and choosing to show the deleted users.

The list will then show all the deleted users.


The user can then be reinstated by selecting the circle arrow icon from the right hand side of the screen.



You will be prompted again for confirmation that you wish to reinstate the user account and by clicking restore the user will be made active again.


The list will then be updated and when you move back to active users you should see the account has been restored.
