How to Guide - Delete and Restore Users
From the admin portal, you can delete or restore users. Deletion should be used as a temporary removal of access. For permanent removal, follow the guidance in the Customer Administrator guide.
Deleting a User
In the admin portal, select 'Users' from the left-hand menu to view your current users.

Click the bin icon on the right-hand side of the relevant row.

Confirm when prompted, the user will be removed from the list.


Restore a User
Select the filter icon and choose to show deleted users. Locate the user in the list and select the circular arrow (restore) icon on the right.

The list will then show all the deleted users.

The user can then be reinstated by selecting the circle arrow icon from the right hand side of the screen.

Confirm when prompted, the user will be reinstated and will appear in the active users list.
