How to Guide - Show Timer For Call Length


As an Agent/Clinician or Administrator in a video call you are able to view the current duration of the call without this being displayed to your Service user.

Enable this feature from within a live video call by selecting the three dots in the top right of the video screen:-


Next select the Meeting timer from the dropdown options, and you will be presented with the following pop-up on the screen:

Choose Show timer and this will appear in the top left hand corner of the video window as shown here:

This will not present on your Service user's screen and the timer will not start until the end user has connected to the call. This feature can be turned off again using the same steps but choosing the hider timer button when prompted.
