How to Guide - Upload Document Links

SQOD offers multiple features for assisting your Service users after a call ends.

A Customer or Department Administrator may add a custom re-direct link or provide a link to documents to download or a web page to visit post call.

To upload a document link simply select the waiting room service you wish to edit and click the pencil icon to 'edit':-

From here scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the Documents tab:

You will be prompted with this message and a check box option for Yes or No. Choose Yes to show the Add A New File Link button:

Upon clicking this button you will be asked to enter a Simple Name; this name is what appears to the Service user at the end of their call and can be as descriptive as you like ie., Feedback Form. In the adjacent box you will put the link that will present the document for download or a website to visit:-

Once you have added the document link(s) you wish to present, click save from the bottom of the page. You may potentially only want to present one or two.

Once the call is completed, this screen is displayed with links to your chosen documents:

As you can see the Simple Names entered appear on the right hand side of the screen under 'Supporting Documentation' and are all hyperlinks to the document or webpage URL you provided.


Nb. If you have set up a custom post call re-direct - which a Department or Customer Administrator can do from the waiting room - these document links will not be presented as the call is automatically taken to the redirected location once finished.
