Audio or video device issues when joining a call
SQOD requires use of your camera and microphone. Should you experience issues on a laptop or PC then it could be the connection to the device. As a first step, try unplugging the USB connector on your camera or microphone and re-plugging back into the USB port on your device.
The next step to check is the browser; it may not have access to use the device. You can check this from the URL bar at the top of the screen:

Both camera and microphone are able to be used.

Additionally , when you join your video call, you may have more than one option for the camera. If the device has a built in camera, select the Cam button from the bottom of the page and from here you have the ability to switch between options.
