How to Guide - Show Timer For Call Length

As an agent/clinician or administrator you are able to view a call timer without this being displayed to your caller/patient.

To enable this feature within a live video consultation, select the three dots in the top right of the video screen and select 'Meeting timer':-

You will be presented with the following pop-up on the screen:

Select 'show timer' and this will appear in the top left corner of the video window as shown here:

This will not be present on your callers/patients screen and the timer will not start until the caller/patient has connected to the call.

This feature can be turned off again using the same steps but choosing the hide timer button when prompted.
