Android Tablets - Optimised Browser

If accessing your video consultation on an Android tablet, we recommend using the Firefox browser. Other browsers may display an error about screen recording or sharing; this is a known message and will not affect your call or the service in any way.


Example:

If you would prefer to continue using your current browser without access to the recording or screensharing features, you do this by selecting the 'Continue Anyway' button.


This error message will not appear if you are using Firefox or another supported browser to access your appointment.
